Refund policy
Her Returns
Returns to her.platform are pretty rare… but, we’ve got you covered! Returning your item falls under our ‘Love-My-Awesome-Products-Can’t-Live-Without-Them’ refund guarantee. If for any reason, you don’t LOVE your products and you find yourself wanting to part ways with them…that’s okay! BUT, you’ve gotta make sure you’ve returned it within 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sad face. When you return something to us it must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original, funky packaging. Make sure you keep your proof of purchase too… if you can’t find it check your deleted folder, your back pocket or maybe your fridge? Wherever it may be, we need it to help you complete your return.
Refunds
Once we have had a little looksy at your returned items we will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, hold your horses before checking your bank account, we’ve gotta process the refund by applying a credit to your original payment method. This can take a few days to be processed because the bank fairies can be a little sleepy and slow. Smiley face.
Late or missing refunds
Been approved for a refund but it’s been WAY too long and there’s no $ in your account? First, check your bank account…just one more time to be sure ;) Then, contact your bank…remember the slow bank fairies? If it’s not the fairies’ fault, then check your payment provider (PayPal, credit cards etc). THEN, if you’ve done all this with still no $ to spend, contact us at hello@herplatform.com.au.

Exchanges (only damaged/defective products)
Uh-Oh! Have you received a damaged or defective product? Firstly, WE ARE SO SORRY! Secondly, contact us at hello@herplatform.com.au and send your items back to The Centre for Women & Co Ltd, 29 City Road, Beenleigh QLD 4207, Australia.
Shipping
Mail your products to The Centre for Women & Co Ltd, 29 City Road, Beenleigh QLD 4207, Australia. We’ve got some good news and some bad news… Bad news first. If you are returning or exchanging an item, you are to pay for the shipping costs. BUT (good news incoming), if you are approved for an exchange (not refunds, sorry), we will cover the shipping costs! WOO! If you are worried about shipping your items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, we can’t guarantee the delivery of your returned item/s. Sad face.
