Returns & refunds

If the items you receive are damaged or different from those displayed on the website at the time of your order we are happy to issue an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. Please return the unused item within 14 days and send us an email at hello@herplatform.com.au so we know to reach out.

Please ensure you supply the original receipt with the return of the goods.

Please allow 2 weeks for your exchange or return to be processed.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, so please use tracked postage.

If you simply change your mind, we cannot do an exchange or refund. Sorry!
